Tritare lo cioccolato a pezzetti, aggiungere il burro, lo zucchero, il cacao in polvere, lo yogurt, il latte, le uova, la vanillina e lavorare l'impasto finchè sarà omogeneo, poi aggiungere la farina e lavorare ancora 1min.,aggiungere infine il lievito e amalgamare.&lt;br /&gt;Imburrare ed infarinare una tortiera del diametro di 24 cm. e versarvi un pò di composto a questo punto aggiungere tutte le mele e versarvi infine il rimanente composto.
